JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant
JOB LOCATION: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Manage the Calendar of the Chief Executive Office.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Responsible for scheduling all business and personal meetings of the boss.
- Handle Travel arrangement for the CEO
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Requirements and Skills
- The idea candidate should have a minimum of B.Sc from a reputable university.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
