Job Title: Personal Assistant

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Powerpoint slides creation and presentation.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Conduct research and provide information as needed.
- Source office supplies.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, maintaining records, and handling other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications / Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Ability to maintain flexible work hours.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
