Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and basic to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist in travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational strategies.
- Assist in project management and coordination.
- Help prepare and analyze operational reports.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and assignments.
- Assist in facilitating internal communication.
- Handle basic employee relations matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- B.Sc / HND from a reputable institution.
- 3 – 8 years work experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.
