Job Title: Planning and Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ability to organize, manage and implement all strategic planning administrative duties and functions within the team.
- Provide high-quality and efficient customer service and administrative duties associated with inquiries, action requests, correspondence, and report preparation.
- To ensure administrative work is carried out accurately to agreed standards, and within agreed timeframes
- Ability to understand and comply with the organization’s principles, standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist the Head of Finance and Planning in working towards establishing a fully digitally-based team
- Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to operate effectively and efficiently through quality management of customer and stakeholder contacts, project planning, corporate services and day-to-day administrative support
- Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to create agility within the business to respond and adapt to changes within the business environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
