Job Title: Quality Management System Officer
Location: Lagos
Description
- We are currently seeking a Quality Management Services Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization’s product offerings meet the highest quality standards by developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies.
- The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Induct, train, and develop new hires by guiding industry best practices as well as hands-on experience with Management System processes and systems, to increase adherence to company policies and professional guidelines.
- Interpret ISO 9001 requirements and assist internal stakeholders in aligning them to support and ensure business processes consistently deliver desired results.
- Assist relevant internal stakeholders in comprehending and clearly defining Key Business Activities (KBA), as well as any necessary procedural requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of an ISO internal audit program, as well as the closure of identified non-conformance. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Gap Analysis on non-conforming business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the organization of ISO essentials and practices staff training and awareness workshops to promote and embed organizational effectiveness and change.
- Collaborate with internal dependencies to create a Project Quality Plan that will serve as a foundation for the successful implementation of the Service Level Agreement and underlying expectations.
- Create and distribute periodic reports to top management that highlight Management System performance within the organization.
- Execute other assignment as directed by the QMS Coordinator

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Real Estate Related Disciplines, Engineering or Applied Sciences
- 2 years experience in quality assurance and process audit roles in any service-based organization.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and regulations such as ISO 9001 internal auditing, stakeholder journey mapping, development of project quality plan, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and computer-aided facilities management app
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
