JOB TITLE: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
JOB LOCATION: Ilupeju, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception
- Direct visitors to the appropriate office/staff
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to responsible team
- Check, sort, and forward letters and emails to the appropriate Team/staff
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Provide accurate information to all enquiries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges and receive visitors’ notes)
- Update official calendars and schedule meetings
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

- Candidates should possess an OND in any course
- Minimum of 2 years as a Receptionists/ Front desk
- Good communication skills.
