- Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Advertisements
- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to answering calls.and running errands.
- Answers customers questions.
- Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Clean the office on a daily basis.
- Types meeting notes and forms among other documents.
- Performs additional duties when required.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess a minimun of OND
- 0 – 1 year experience.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Preferably Female not more than 27 years
- Candidate must be living along Sango – Mokola road, Ibadan.
Salary
N20,000 – N25,000 / Month.
