JOB TITLE: Recruitment Advisor
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DETAILS
- Create job adverts, provide advice on suitable placement
- Evaluate CVs and applications
- Coordinate interviews and prepare reports
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders, up to a senior level, to assist with finding the best talent
- Provide coaching and advice to managers with regards to people management practices within recruitment and selection
- Identify process improvement, further develop the recruitment function and assist with the implementation of a new recruitment system
- Assisting with Strategic and innovative recruitment initiatives
- Perform reference checks
- Provide information, guidance, and advice to both supervisors and staff on the recruitment process
- Liaising with recruitment agencies for sourcing of candidates
Qualifications
- First Degree in Social Sciences or any related field
- Minimum of 4 cognate years of experience as a recruiter
- Sound knowledge of ATS
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Experience working in a consulting space will be a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, including the ability to credibly influence people and decisions.
- A positive, proactive approach to work activities.
