Job Description
- Our company is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting top talent and building a diverse and talented workforce.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source and screen resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
