Job Title: Regional Manager

Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm
Job Duties
- A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales and all sales operations in the region.
- The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute product and provide service.
- Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area.
- Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with the business objectives,presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Create sales goals for each store and communicate them to store management.
- Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Managers to adjust inventory appropriately.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management.
- Maximising sales and profitability.
- Providing store sales team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
- Driving team performance.
- Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors and brokers in your region.
- Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results.
Knowledge / Experience
