JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for leading the positioning of the real estate products (Lease and Sale).
- Drive marketing and sales strategy of a luxury high-rise residential and commercial real estate development in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Will support the Departmental Head in expanding the business portfolio across the customer base.
- Balance creative thinking and Financial Accountability, Strategic Planning, lead generation and sales execution.
- Lead a small team, work independently and drive individual and team sales performance, culture and discipline.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and Partners in the business and relate cross functionally across departments.
- Build and maintain competitive set knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and demonstrates deep local market knowledge of the sector in Abuja.
- Performs Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on supply/demand, competitive positioning, current trends, and comparable sales/lease and target market.
- Identify and manage prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
- Build, recruit, maintain and leverage agent/broker relationships to maximize sales distribution opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of Seven (7) years’ work experience in Real Estate Sales and at least Five (5) of Luxury Real Estate Sales Experience.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Proven Experience working in the luxury / ultra-luxury real estate market.
- Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Creativity skills.
- Result Oriented.
