JOB DETAILS:
- We have been mandated by our client a premium fashion company with stores nationwide to recruit a result driven Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of assigned stores in the South South region of Nigeria.
- The successful candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales target, profitability goals, expand the stores in the region and manage Store Managers effectively.
- The ideal candidate should reside in Port Harcourt.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, review, update and implement retail sales strategy
- Drive/ grow sales figures of stores and ensure maximum high performance for the region
- Grow the volume sales in terms of units of merchandise sold under region
- Prepare the sales data report for the region
- Manage stores under assigned region
- Train Store Staff according to the organizational sales processes
- Manage regional events: participation in planning, execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree from a Reputable Higher Institution, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years’ similar work experience in the fashion retail industry
- Strong Leadership skills and business acumen
- Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
- Must possess the ability to handle presentation and facilitation of sales trainings.
- Proven record of Sales & Marketing performance
