JOB TITLE: Reporting Insights & Analytics Manager
JOB LOCATION: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Setting high level analysis/business cases to support higher management to set decision and directions.
- Prepare all performance analysis requirements for all category of employees up to CEO level to show the retail performance results.
- Support in all other departments requirements which is related to the retail like audit and corporate quality as a retail spoc.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly sales report showing all products by Staff, Store, Area & Region
- Adding MTD achievement percentage and Achievement projection to above report Highlight the top and lowest Staff Store Area Region In achievement percentage
- Send daily sales reports with insights to stores managers and upper layers to push sales
- Send the low achievers sales report separate to their managers ,Check the commission criteria for the current products to fix the gaps
- Develop a strong interface with sales team to know and validate any new product or abnormal trends
- Create the business cases and profitability module to all retails shops.
- Build the new digital transformations work streams models (dashboard) with the required solutions to ensure consider the budget and high impact on the company performance.
- Motivate and align sales teams to increase awareness, augment skills & enhance visibility across market segments,
- Handle Daily/Weekly Sales Reports & Presentations to the Top Management.
- Maintain and update the historical data bank on the system.
- Introduce a consolidated performance reports for every part of indirect Sales dept.
- Periodically work on developing an automation reporting system to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate & fallow up with the DWH team on reporting requirements to make sure that our reports are accurate and dependable.
- Design Access reports which keep historical data and design queries which facilitate and ensure timing and quality of dashboard for all team members.
- Coach & develop the reporting team to ensure people technical skills development.
- Responsible as Sales SPOC with IT DWH team to handle any reporting issues
Qualifications, Experience and Skills

- First Degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline, Postgraduate degree would be an added advantage,
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the telecoms industry retail business.
- Must have strong understanding of the retail environment, sales and Retail
- Must have proven experience in Telecom and/or financial management with in-depth knowledge of financial concepts, methodologies and reports
- Experience in a pressurized working environment with the ability to resolve unexpected conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment is required
- Strong Logical and analytical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Must be proactive and a hands-on manager
- Good Organizational, Presentation and communications skills both verbal & written.
