Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager, you will take a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, overseeing food quality and serving restaurant customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
Deliver superior customers services.
Ensuring customers satisfaction.
Plan and develop customers loyalty programs.
Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Manage and lead staff.
Training and evaluate staff performance.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
Manage restaurant supplies
Control costs and minimize waste
Nurture a positive working environment
Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Requirements and Qualifications
B.Sc or HND holder in any field
Experience as a customer service personnel
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is an added advantage
Extensive food knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Good financial management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
