JOB TITLE: Restaurant Supervisor
JOB LOCATION: Abuja (FCT)

JOB DETAILS:
- Inspect the restaurant on regular basis to ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
- Supervising food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations and manage restaurant staff’s work schedules.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Review product quality daily and ensure consistency across shifts
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries and complaints
- Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
- Promote the brand in Abuja and environs.
Requirements
- Education: Higher Education Degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit food service experience
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Ability to use MS Excel and Word Office Application
- Strong leadership, motivation and people skills.
