JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
JOB LOCATION: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Sales of Properties of the company.
- Making the homeowner complete necessary paperwork, including agency agreements, listing disclosures, and legal documents.
- Advising the prospective client on what needs to be done before the listing and showings start.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and closing out on deals.
- It involves conducting property inspections and assessments, and facilitating real estate transactions through to settlement using appropriate method of sale.
- Responsible for accepting and listing properties and businesses for sale and lease, conducting inspections, and advising buyers on the merits of properties and businesses and the terms of sale or lease.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

- B.Sc Degree or HND degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Basis understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- At least 6 years’ progressive experience in Real Estate.
- Hands-on knowledge in the Real Estate industry.
- Aility to work with team members.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality, business Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Well organizes, self-disciplined, professional, and problem-solving skills.
- Business Acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Social reminders, patience, and negotiation skills.
- Tactfulness, telecommunications, and outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client need.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month (Negotiable)
