Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Qualification / Experience
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing
- At least 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Also negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
