Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and timely information about properties.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly plus commission.
