Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a sales manager with tasks that includes overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring sales target achievement, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Other key responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team. and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication. This role is located in Lekki.

Qualifications
- A minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales and marketing tools, and metrics for measuring sales performance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience.
