JOB TITLE: Sales Officer
JOB LOCATIONS: Abuja (FCT), Benin – Edo, Owerri – Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Ibadan – Oyo & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
- Building and maintaining CRM databases.
Sales Performance:

- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement on products and services
- Achieving established set goals
- Superior product knowledge of products and services
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
- Providing excellent customer service for the business.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, sales distribution, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- A good team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
