Job Overview / Description
- Create and develop a KOL network, manage the business operations with the existing large accounts in market.
- Coordinate every sales activity, workshop, open day, attendance to Congresses or exhibitions where AFRIMED is represented directly or indirectly.
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.
- Create sales plans to increase opportunities in the pipeline and implement strategies to improve market penetration.
- Create accurate monthly rolling forecasts for the territory based on pipeline assessment.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and decision makers in the territory and, have the ability to influence the customer’s decision-making process and leads the customer to positive decisions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding with the company products and of competitive products and positioning.
- Continuously learn and develop sales skills as defined by the Company.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Identify and target potential customers within assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, offering product expertise, technical assistance, and clinical knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Generate regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical, Biomedical Engineer, Science,ect…).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven with at least 3 years of experience.
- A strong understanding of the aesthetic medical devices industry is a plus
- Proven track record in medical device sales or a related field, with a strong sales performance history.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical devices, regulations, and purchasing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
