Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Present, market, and sell goods and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning.
- Perform a cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs.
- Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer rapport.
- Reach out to potential customers.
- In order to increase satisfaction, expedite the settlement of consumer complaints and issues.
- Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Examine the market territory or potential, monitor sales, and receive status updates.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
