Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid, social, paid search, content, direct, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, and video.
Requirement / Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in setting sales goals and meeting them
- Proven Ability to lead a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
