Job Objective
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team.
- As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Your primary goal will be to generate revenue, for the company through exceptional service, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information to clients and addressing their queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- Assist clients in negotiating and preparing offers, contracts, and lease agreements.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and assess property value estimates.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, property staging, and home improvement recommendations to maximize their selling potential.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop compelling property listings with high-quality photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
- Utilize digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online listing portals to showcase properties and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams or agencies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Transaction Management:
- Facilitate property transactions, including purchase agreements, sales contracts, rental agreements, and closing procedures.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and property surveys to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other relevant parties to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and addressing any concerns.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices related to real estate transactions.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a strong professional network, collaborating with other agents and professionals in the real estate industry.
Job Requirements
Education / Qualification
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification with 4-10 years experience.
- Valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Proficiency in using (CRM) tools, and online listing platforms.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work working hours.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
