Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assesses customer needs, effectively describe and sell IT products and services that can meet the needs.
- Sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects.
- Recommend solutions to any difficulties/Pain Points faced by the clients.
- Sells solutions and consulting services to existing and prospective customer and meet set targets.
- Provide support for facilitating and assisting customers identify their current IT needs and work with company’s SME and partners to propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain healthy pipeline for the accounts being managed and ensure accountability for the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts.
- Provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore enhancing relationships with the clients
- Identify new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
- Closely study the current market trends for products and identify enhancements.
- Work with internal and external support teams including partners to achieve desired business outcomes
Requirements

- B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng with minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in Science, Engineering or Management disciplines.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working as sales executive, account manager or sales manager.
- Strong understanding of IT Solutions and Consulting Practice.
- Sales and/or presales certification in IT Solutions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in developing and delivering attractive presentations.
