Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Summary
- Our client is seeking a top-performing individual who is smart, dedicated, proactive, and possesses a deep understanding of the real estate industry locally and internationally.
- Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets through innovative strategies and superior market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and targets.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
- Research, identify, cultivate, and prioritize new business opportunities and solutions through a careful application of segmentation, targeting and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote premium products.
- Monitor, report, and analyze sales and marketing performance against goals.
KPIs
- On-the-go probation with a minimum of 5-10 slots sold monthly
- Increase in lead generation and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Social Science).
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the international real estate market and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Networking and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work independently.
- Great time management and numerical skills.
