Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- Generate, craft, publish and share engaging and informative content (e.g. text, photos, videos) across different platforms
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in relation to the CEO’s interests and fields
- Design and implement social media strategies that align with the interests and goals of the CEO
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Undertake other duties/responsibilities as are assigned from time.

- B.Sc Degree in English, Marketing or related fields
- At least 4 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a social media manager
- Second class Upper division
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting and research skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing and branding channels
- Familiarity with web design and social media trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
