JOB DETAILS:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyze competitor activity
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Manage a budget for social media activities
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
- Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, or conference calls

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with at least 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in the use of word processing software tools
- Good creative writing skills
- An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and IT skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent presentation skills
