JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer
JOB LOCATION: Rukpokwu-Eliozu, Port Harcourt – Rivers (Hybrid)

JOB DETAILS:
- Using social media marketing tools to creatively tell the brand story, communicate the brand services, products, and offers, maintain the company’s brand image, and form strong connections with followers.
- Providing solutions to customers and other stakeholder’s concerns, forming strong relationships between the brand and its followers through online interactions.
- Creation of plans and strategies that align with the business goals and yield positive results for the brand (visibility, Lead generation etc)
- Conduct regular performance analyses and report of the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.
- Using insights and algorithms to improve the company’s social media performance.
- Research and harness digital tools to improve the company’s digital marketing.
- Researching social media trends and implementing relevant trends approved by management.
- Setting smart goals for social media campaigns.
- Understand and identify the brand target audience.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, e-flyers etc)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Swift response to comments and messages via DM.
- Other related duties that will be assigned
Criteria & Required Qualifications

- Completion of NYSC
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Other related duties will be assigned.
- Age Range: 25 and Above
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
