Job Title: Store Overseer

Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock rotation.
Replenish stock as needed and handle purchase orders with suppliers.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose appropriate actions.
Store Operations:
Oversee the daily activities of store personnel.
Schedule and assign tasks to store staff, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of store facilities and equipment.
Report any safety or security concerns to management.
Staff Training and Development:
Provide training to new store employees on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store staff.
Identify training needs and coordinate with management to implement relevant training programs.
Sales and Customer Service:
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets.
Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to management.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
