Job Description
- This role will be responsible for handling all recruitment requests from sourcing to seeking approval and post recruitment activities.
- This role will also oversee all employee engagement activities such as confirmation, leave management, disciplinary issues, etc.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop a recruitment strategy that would aid the attraction of top talents for all roles.
- Ensure all job roles have Job description.
- Carryout periodic manpower planning to ensure adequate staff requirement.
- Source for quality candidates for all vacant roles within stipulated time
- Schedule interview sessions with shortlisted candidates and prepare interview summary report.
- Build a database of talents for key roles within the Organization.
- Advise on job boards that best attracts the best candidates.
- Liaise with assessment centers to identify the best assessment tools to evaluate candidates of different profession.
- Design an onboarding and induction framework to drive the integration of new hires into the system
- Conduct post-employment surveys of new hires and propose ideas on how to improve the onboarding system.
- Carryout end to end process for all internal redeployment
- Drive the confirmation process for all new hires
- Management of the leave application portal
- Address all staff grievances
- Drive the end to staff disciplinary process.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Sc in any Social Sciences course or any other relevant courses
- Must have graduated with not less than 2nd class upper
- Must have worked in the capacity of a talent management officer.
- A consulting background will give an additional advantage.
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience on the job
- Must have a good knowledge of HR practices.
- Membership of a HR association such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD would be a added advantage.
