Job Overview
- We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our ongoing expansion and our people management functions.
- This role will imply working across a variety of functions and locations. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, background checks, offer negotiation, etc.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analysis to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with industry professionals
- Be a true Talent Partner to our respective business line(s) – not just execute but advise where necessary
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
- Drive or participate in other various HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
What you should have:
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management, Social Sciences or Humanities related course
- 4+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier software development companies or executive search firms with focus on high-growth companies and environments
- Proven experience with with cross border recruitment techniques and good recruitment agencies
- Strong collaboration skills
- Good time management and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Organized and can prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Skilled with modern tech sourcing, selection techniques and ATS
- Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently
