Job Title: Technical Support Intern

Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Monitoring and maintaining devices’ hardware/systems and networks.
- Ensuring all complaints received from customers are properly shared with the respective units for prompt resolutions.
- Giving on-premise support to customers and the Product team.
- Providing technical support across the (this may be in person or over the phone or via email).
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Organizing and updating the device inventory and having a track record/evidence of devices sent off for repairs for each client.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of weekly reports of items in care/store
- Collaborate with the Product/Retail team to ensure items requested by merchants are sent in a timely manner.
- Carry out any duty as assigned by the Softcom team.
