- We are looking to hire an eloquent and intelligent telesales representative to be responsible for generating sales for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to staff members to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Excellent customer service
- Keep up to date on all product knowledge and information.
- Pursue promising leads with ethical persuasion and persistence.
- Handle tactfully customers grievances.
- Understand customers’ needs and meet a sales quota.
- Respond to staff members via channels assigned to you.

- Minimum of 2 years work experience in telesales or customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to use personal creativity and initiative to solve problems.
- Fluency in English and other Nigerian languages.
- Willingness to work weekends, occasional holidays and outside of standard 9-5 business hours.
- Ability to handle rejections.
- Team player with a friendly and patient personality.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ability to successfully manage stressful conditions.
- Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
