JOB TITLE: Telesales Team Lead
JOB LOCATION: Yaba, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for an experienced Telesales Lead to head our growing telesales team to drive Investment & Fund Mobilization. As a telesales lead, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.
Key Deliverables:
- Investment & Deposit Mobilization.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Training junior telesales staff.
- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Preferred Qualification & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Management Sciences or related field.
- 3-5 years Experience in Telesales, upselling investment & Deposit Mobilization is compulsory.
- Experience in leading a Telesales Team.
- Proven work experience as a Telesales Lead or similar role.
- Basic excel skills.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
