Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
- The travel consultant should be able to help client identify ideal travel packages based on their client requirement.
- The travel consultant should be able to book tickets, reserve accommodation and organize rental transportation
- Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc
- Be able to determine client’s need and recommend suitable travel packages
- Supply clients with necessary information and useful travel materials
- Create and update all client’s records
- Maintain a working relationship between the company and clients
- Promote all services of the company to clients
- Continuous learning about latest industry / tourism trends
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required
- 1-2 years proven experience in related field
- Good attention to details
- Content creation and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in customer service
Salary
N60,000 monthly.
