Job Title: Treasurer

Description
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate would oversee the liquidity management of the Payment Service Bank by defining the company’s investment activities and making necessary financial decisions to meet the business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk management (liquidity, interest rates, etc.)
- Assume responsibility for cash management procedures
- Manage the company’s investment activity and make decisions
- Maintain relations with banks and rating agencies Provide advice in matters of corporate finance.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
- Asset and Liability Management
- Submit reports of present financial situation and forecasting.
General Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related field
- A Master’s or an MBA is required
- Minimum of 15 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in Treasury Management of a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Must have high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good understanding of modern treasury management, digital financial services as well as advanced business finance and performance analysis.
- Good Knowledge of statutory and regulatory issues as well as global best practices
- Possess Strong budget and management skills including proven ability to manage project/process
- High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
