JOB TITLE: Van Sales Supervisor
JOB LOCATION: Alimosho, Ikotun and its axis – Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
- Research potential leads, and ensure they are converted.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
- Receive and report on all sales leads.
- Supervise sales scouts and ensure the group target is met.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Supervise field marketing and sales force.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc from a reputable Institution
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in sales of FMCG product,
- Ability to lead and build a team of Van sales Representative with proven sales results
- Basic computer skills and tech savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the

Remuneration (Monthly)
- N50,000 Net
- N40,000 Conveyance
