- Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals to elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury market.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ preferences, purchasing history, and lifestyle to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from VIP clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new luxury products to clients.
- Personalized Customer Experience:
- Ensure the delivery of an exclusive and personalized shopping experience for VIP clients.
- Coordinate VIP events, private previews, and bespoke services to enhance client engagement.
- Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviors to provide strategic insights for product development and marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to align VIP initiatives with overall brand objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their ability to cater to VIP clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on VIP client management and 7 years in managerial level.
- Experience in top luxury companies and top-tier banks will be an added advantage.
- Work experience managing high net worth individuals.
- Work experience working as Affluent and private banker is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with high-profile clientele
