JOB TITLE: Sales Lead
JOB LOCATION: Ikoyi, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Candidate would gain complete Product knowledge of their offerings. (If you don’t know your product, you can’t sell it)
- Meet monthly Sales Target
- Customer relationship Management
- Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of organization
- Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues / complaints.
Qualifications
- A University Degree Or OND qualification in Management or Business related courses.
- 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Experience in fashion retail, beauty business or business.
- Customer oriented.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be an experienced and seasoned Sales Team Lead with outstanding leadership and sales skills
- Candidate must have prior experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
- Must have leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and also social media savvy
- Must be dependable, be a self-starter and must have good administration and business skills.
Work Hours:
- Shift Job (5/6 days a week).
Salary / Other Benefits
- N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly
- Transport allowance
- Bonus
- Sales commission.
