JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities, and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
Duties
- Oversee daily business operations.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Train low-level managers and staff.
- Create and manage budgets.
- Evaluate performance and productivity.
- Research and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration.
- 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Proactive nature.
