JOB TITLE: Community Manager
JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. We would like to meet you if you are a tech-savvy professional with experience in social media, public relations, and promotional events.
- Our ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to create engaging content.
- You should be a people person with excellent customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
- Finally, you should be able to serve as the brand’s face and voice, as well as manage all community communications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and carry out social media and communication campaigns to support marketing strategies.
- Create interesting text, image, and video content for your social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries as soon as possible.
- Feedback and online reviews should be monitored and reported on.
- Organize and participate in community-building and brand-awareness events.
- To ensure brand consistency, collaborate with the marketing, public relations, and communications teams.
- Keep in touch with the Development and Sales departments to stay up to date on new products and features.
- Keep up with the latest digital technology trends.
Qualifications and Abilities
- B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Work experience as a community manager is required.
- Extensive knowledge of launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
- Capability to identify and track community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent writing abilities.
- Hands-on experience with brand social media management.
- Understanding of website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with online marketing and marketing channels.
- Detail-orientedness and the ability to multitask.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
