JOB TITLE: Shop Reliever
JOB LOCATION: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Contract
Duties / Responsibilities
- Assists the parts department with inventory, sales and logistics.
- Greet customers and assist with any inquiries.
- Coordinates with the purchasing department on sales.
- Housekeeping: Cleaning the shop and following 5s standards to keep the shop neat.
- Customer service: Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry.
- Sales Team support.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- HND or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- This reliever will be rotating the shops in Abeokuta and Sagamu locations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
