Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing and developing the sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and feedback to help them meet their individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including new markets, products, and sales channels
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and motivating a team of sales representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Experience in the branded apparel industry or a related field is preferred.
