Job Title: Lead – HR Operation, Large Upstream

Roles and Responsibilities
This position has the important responsibility in HR Operations on below-mentioned areas of deliverables:
- On-boarding: Responsible to ensuring Smooth On-boarding of new Members. Timely completion of pre-joining formalities, Online On-boarding documentation Process, smooth Induction Program and handing over the new members to the respective departments.
- VISA / CERPAC: Responsible to all the STR / CERPAC Management process and ensuring all the STR Regularizations and CERPAC Renewals are done on timely basis within a defined TAT. Responsible for all the Quota Renewals on timely basis (Renewal of all the Companies). Responsible for Quota Retrieval (Deletion) on timely basis. To handle all the Immigration related formalities for ensuring smooth support for the business.
- Leave Management System: To ensure proper Leave Management system is maintained of all the Members. Automation of Leave Management to be explored. Leave Management Audit to be completed before the defined TAT timeline.
- Member Engagement Drive: Responsible to design the Member Engagement Calendar keeping the mix of all the activities for the engaging the Members at the workplace periodically as per the defined cycle approved by the Management. Member Engagement drive should be organize to all the Members based at Lagos & Sites respectively.
Other Deliverables:
- This position needs constant connect with the Members based at Lagos & Sites to resolve their grievances and support them in their deliverables by resolving the issues or concerns.
- Understanding the Expectations and delivering the desired results.
- Need to publish the MIS / Reports to the Management based on periodic defined frequency.
- This position needs to handle the critical operational issues and resolve the same with amicable solution on timely basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA with minimum 10-15 years of experience into Leave Management, STR Visa process, Onboarding orientation. African experience will be advantageous.
