Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate industry, becoming their trusted advisor throughout their real estate journey.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s real estate goals, preferences, and needs.
Present our portfolio of properties, developments, and investment opportunities, emphasizing how they align with the client’s objectives.
Work with our real estate agents, brokers, and other teams to ensure that clients receive seamless and comprehensive real estate services.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
Monitor the progress of transactions to ensure that they meet the client’s expectations and are executed smoothly.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell real estate services.
Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Provide clients with regular updates on property performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIBN and other relevant certifications is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years work experience and 4 years in the same or similar role.
Must possess commercial/retail banking experience in the location they apply for
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, neighborhoods, and market trends.
Sales / Marketing skills
Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
Organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
