Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Job Description
- Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer with a minimum of one year experience, who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver timely and exceptional service.
Job Duties
You’ll be great if

- You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- You maintained good communication and working relationships with clients and co-workers.
- You collaborate with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- You call prospective clients to explain available service and guide them through the company’s service delivery process.
- You answer clients’ questions via phone calls or email enquiries.
- Present ideas for improving customer care and make recommendations to improve the client’s experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND with at least 1+ years’ experience working in related role
- Sound knowledge of exceptional service strategies and customer satisfaction
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be self-assured and purpose driven.

Skills Required:
- Client first attitude
- Good communications and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
What’s on Offer
- Salary Range: N80,000 – N150,000 per month
- Secure permanent role and flexible hours
