Job Title: Admin Assistant
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Track daily, weekly and monthly field operational data
- Assist the floor business manager in co-ordinating, tracking, and assessing relevant metrics.
- Responsible for effectively identifying, investigating, and resolving complaints
- Responsible for coordinating shop floor attendants to ensure compliance with business reports.
- Monitor reports on stocks, prepare orders, and reminders to floor business manager.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Administration or related field
- 1 – 3 year experience
- High ethics, integrity and judgment.
- Strong communication skills,
- Research, analyze information/data and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
