We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and increase student enrollment.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify and pursue prospective students through various channels.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about education market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.
- Uphold and enhance the school’s positive brand image.
Digital Marketing:
- Utilize digital marketing tools, including social media, email campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO), to engage with a diverse audience.
Collaboration with Admissions and Educational Partners:
- Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational partners to enhance the school’s reputation.
Event Planning and Participation:
- Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and fairs to attract prospective students.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the school’s offerings.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads and nurture relationships.
- Maintain positive relationships with current students, parents, and alumni.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from stakeholders, including parents and students, to enhance marketing strategies and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
