Job Title: Station Operations Supervisor
Locations: Ondo, Jos – Plateau, Ibadan – Oyo and Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
- Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
- Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
- Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
- Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
- Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
- Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers’ vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably in the oil and gas firm as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager
- B2B experience is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking, problem solving and internal control.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft tools.
- Must be mobile
